Delivery & Shipping Policy
We guarantee that your order will be shipped within 48 hours of the purchase time.
We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of the purchase time.
We ship through Canada Post Regular Parcel (TM). If you would like your order shipped through another avenue please contact us before your purchase to arrange the shipping method.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Tofino Guide we will issue a full refund, including our shipping and handling charges but not including the shipping cost incurred to you for the return.
In order for us to process a refund, please return Tofino Guide to us at the Post Office address below. We will issue the refund on receipt of the original purchase providing that the book(s) is in reasonable condition.
