Our season starts in March fishing for feeder (blackmouth) Chinook Salmon in protected inlets near large herring populations returning to spawn. These fish are generally 5 to 10 lbs. with some to the mid 20 lb. range.
Usually during May we can consistently get offshore to the baitfish rich banks for migrating Chinook (King) Salmon 15 to 40 lbs. This fishing usually last through July.
Starting mid July through late September we mostly fish close to shore along kelp beds or in bays for the largest fish of the year - 20 to 30 lb. average up to 60 lbs. as they're heading for their natal rivers.

All ocean fishing is done from safe, comfortable cruiser style boats equipped with convertible soft tops and toilets. We use electric downriggers for trolling but offer the light tackle, cut plug, mooching option in season as well as jigging.
